A media-tracking product that keeps four third-party services in lockstep, delivered as
four client surfaces from one .NET 10 codebase: a Blazor web app, a native Android and
Android TV app, a Stremio addon, and a cross-browser extension. Shipping today as a
direct APK, with the Google Play release in preparation.
- Designed the whole system — ASP.NET Core, Blazor Web (SSR + WebAssembly) and .NET MAUI sharing one component library.
- 213 REST endpoints designed, versioned and documented with OpenAPI; the browser extension is built entirely against that public API.
- OAuth 2.0 against four providers — authorization-code, PKCE and password grants — with token refresh and per-provider lazy re-auth.
- Concurrent write fan-out that mirrors every update across linked accounts, normalising status and score between incompatible provider models.
- Runs itself — Docker on Fly.io, SQLite with continuous Litestream replication, a rehearsed restore drill, and three Cloudflare Workers.
- Two native video engines — libVLC on phones and Media3/ExoPlayer with D-pad navigation on Android TV, including HDR-to-SDR tone mapping.
- Billing and entitlements through Paddle webhooks, made idempotent so retries and duplicate deliveries cannot double-charge or double-grant.

Core developer on the company's flagship education-management SaaS — a large, long-lived
ASP.NET codebase serving schools and universities. I deliver features end-to-end and own
production incidents across the full stack.
- Delivered 2,700+ Azure DevOps work items — features, backlog items and defects — accounting for 5,000+ tracked engineering hours.
- 100+ of those were multi-day features of eight hours or more, together over 40% of all my tracked time — the depth behind the volume.
- Designed and shipped features across the stack — ASP.NET and C# on the server, jQuery and vanilla JavaScript across a large established front end, T-SQL underneath — from schema change to released UI.
- Root-caused and fixed complex production defects spanning application code, stored procedures and third-party integrations.
- Refactored legacy modules onto modern patterns, cutting repeat incidents and making the affected areas safe for the rest of the team to change.
- Reviewed teammates' pull requests and contributed to technical decisions on new modules.
The technical bridge between customers and engineering: reproducing real-world failures,
fixing what I could directly, and turning everything else into precise, actionable backlog items.
- Resolved 3,000+ customer cases across configuration, data integrity, reporting and integration issues.
- Closed 500+ engineering cases covering data migrations, corrective scripts and reporting defects.
- Authored 400+ SSRS reports from scratch and reworked 150+ existing ones against a complex relational model.
- Wrote 250+ T-SQL scripts for customer-specific fixes, bulk corrections and custom requirements.
- Filed 2,000+ triaged defect and backlog items, each with reproduction steps engineering could act on immediately.
- Integrated and debugged third-party providers and external APIs on behalf of customer deployments.
Assigned to office IT duties on the strength of my Computer Science background. Automated
the administrative work that was consuming the unit's time.
- Rebuilt an Excel VBA program that automatically assigns personnel to daily duties, removing a recurring manual rota.
- Reworked the tool that tracks and calculates leave records, eliminating a long-standing source of errors.
- Digitised and indexed the unit's personnel archive for fast retrieval.
- Ran intake interviews for incoming personnel and repaired faulty office electronics.
First exposure to a real product and a real engineering process — and the start of an
unbroken run at the same company.
- Wrote test cases and validated new features through structured manual testing.
- Documented database schemas to support onboarding and feature work.

Multi-tenant appointment-scheduling platform: every customer is provisioned its own subdomain with isolated data and per-tenant configuration, behind a marketing site with its own pricing and sign-up flow. Infrastructure, database, tenant model and settings layer all designed from scratch.
